Shipping Information

We offer domestic shipping as well as international shipping. Our domestic (Canada) shipping usually takes 3-7 business days, while international (U.S.) shipping may take 7-14 business days.

Please note that customs duties and other fees may apply for international orders.

Returns & Exchanges

If you need to return an item, we accept returns within 30 days of the purchase date. The item must be in its original condition and packaging. For damaged or incorrect items, please contact our customer service team. We also offer exchanges for items of the same value. No refund, credit note only.
